RedBalloon Surges Past 1 Million Job Searches as Pro-Freedom Job Movement Grows
In just over 6 months, RedBalloon has become one of the nation’s largest job boards.
(Moscow, Idaho) - August 4, 2022 – In a major milestone, RedBalloon job searches surged past 1 million in July as workers look to transition from woke corporate workplaces and to more career-centric and pro-freedom employers.
“In just over 6 months, RedBalloon has become one of America’s largest job boards, as employees flee woke workplaces and discriminatory DEI and ESG policies, which are like cancers to workplace culture,” said RedBalloon CEO Andrew Crapuchettes.
“Americans are voting with their feet and with their labor, and our job board is evidence of this movement. Freedom is in high demand, particularly in leftist states like New York and California, as jobseekers look to leverage themselves out of woke work environments.”
RedBalloon data shows that there is a high supply of remote work as companies are looking to hire for culture over location. Having an employee that aligns with the company’s values and culture is going to be a better addition than a snowflake in the human resource department.
IT employees looking for new positions have been particularly in high demand on RedBalloon, reflecting how woke Big Tech companies like Google, Meta, and Apple are driving away conservative workers.
“RedBalloon has partnered to launch the IndieTech Council which will place conservative IT workers with pro-freedom companies, and already demand is off-the-charts,” continued Andrew Crapuchettes.
“Our data shows that thousands of IT workers are looking to make the jump from Big Tech to independent technology companies who value their values.”
