(Moscow, Idaho) - June 21, 2022 – RedBalloon launches a new competition to leverage local networks across the nation to find hidden talent. According to the most recent JOLTS report, there are two open jobs for every available worker, which means businesses are competing to connect with the best available talent.

This new Referral Leaderboard incentivizes Americans to encourage their social circles to bypass woke HR interviews and apply to work for companies who evaluate their applicants on their ability and not their political or sexual identification.

“Human Resources has long been the epicenter of woke corporate cancer,” Andrew Crapuchettes, Chief Executive Officer of RedBalloon, said. “We want to redeem the world of HR by cleaning up the way that talent acquisition and retention happen.

“This is the first of many innovations that need to occur to fix the way that hiring is done in the United States. If you want to work for a freedom loving company and want to bypass the woke interviews that many corporate Human Resource teams are required to put you through, then you should apply for a job through RedBalloon,” Crapuchettes continued.

A person can refer as many friends as they want, and as long as those friends submit a resume, they will be awarded a point. When the competition closes on July 4, 2022, whoever has the most points will receive a cash prize.
