(Moscow, ID) – RedBalloon announced today a new partnership with Moms for America to assist the influential non-profit organization in identifying and connecting with values-aligned job seekers. One of the largest national advocacy groups for pro-family policies in government and the public marketplace, Moms for America joins an expanding list of recent RedBalloon partnerships, including the Christian Employer Alliance and Children's Health Defense, among dozens of others.

“There’s a growing need in the American marketplace to connect mission-aligned job seekers and employers,” said RedBalloon CEO Andrew Crapuchettes. “That’s why we’re so glad to partner with groups like Moms for America. As big companies push increasingly radical DEI programs, employees are finding themselves disenfranchised and looking for work with employers who value them for their skills and accomplishments, not their social activism scores. On RedBalloon.work, these job-seekers are finding good organizations like Moms for America.”

“RedBalloon is an incredible partner that has added enormous value to our nonprofit organization,” Kimberly Fletcher, President and Founder of Moms for America, said. “Every job post has delivered a wealth of experienced candidates that love freedom as much as we do and have taken to Moms for America to a level of excellence we couldn’t have achieved without RedBalloon.”

RedBalloon is America’s largest connector of employers and employees who prioritize a positive workplace culture free from the divisiveness of cancel-culture mandates. RedBalloon CEO Andrew Crapuchettes is a longtime business leader, entrepreneur, and innovator who has founded several successful tech companies and is widely considered a global pioneer in the development and use of labor market data analytics – an industry he helped found over 20 years ago.

Founded in 2004, Moms for America (formerly HomeMakers for America) is a national, non-profit 501c3 educational corporation rooted on the principles of liberty and virtue our nation was founded on, and focused on promoting these principles, values, and virtues in the home and family, particularly through the women and mothers of America.
